Insomnia

Insomnia is a narrative 2D platformer for the 2021 Global Game Jam. This year's Game Jam theme is "Lost and Found", so we designed a game about a man who lost and eventually found his sleep. The game follows this man's journey to overcoming his inner demons and trying to fall asleep. The game, art, and music were finished in 48 hours in Unity 2D. The game was nominated for Best Overall in Global Game Jam NYU site.

 

In this project, I was responsible for coding and level design. I also helped make sprite art for platforms and gates.
